State taxes differs per state. Some states may charge only one sales tax while other may charge multiples or sometimes no tax at all. Our POS system allows you to setup 3 State taxes if needed. You can also enabled E911/MTS Tax for bill payments.

To setup your sales tax, go to Administration > Setup > Location Setup > Taxes and Tiers. You can set your tax percentage value depending on your state requirements. Click SAVE to apply the settings
