Security Profiles are assigned to each user to customize what your employees are authorized and restricted to do on the system. Restricting access to each user will secure that private data’s like report and total profits are kept private.

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE SECURITY PROFILES?

  1. Click on Administation > HR > Security Profiles
  2. The screen you will see will be like the screenshot below.
  3. Click New to create your customized profile. (i.e Manager) or select an existing one.
  4. Using the Permissions drop down, you can select what the profile is authorized or restricted to do. The different options are:
    PERMISSION DEFINITION
    Disabled Profile is restricted from accessing the feature.
    View Permissions Profile is only allowed to view the feature, creating or editing are restricted.
    Create Only Profile is allowed to create new records
    Full Access This is basically full access to create, edit and view data or sales.
  5. Click Save to finish.
