First, make sure that you have enabled and setup your VidaPay credentials.

To process a VidaPay Payment is pretty straight-forward. Follow the steps below.

1. Click on Bill Payments and select VidaPay from the dropdown options.
2. Click on Process. A mini-browser will pop-up and load the VidaPay site. The system will then automatically log you into VidaPay
3. Continue with your usual steps to process a VidaPay payment on their site.
4. Once you are on the receipt page, our POS should have captured all the relevant receipt info. Click on  SAVE DETAILS. The mini-browser will close automatically
5. You can click on PROCESS again if you would like to add more payments OR click CHECKOUT to be taken to the sales screen to finalize the invoice.
